Through its US operation in Connecticut, Verotec have supplied General Dynamics Electric Boat with a further 4 customised V12 VME64 systems to compliment a number of units already delivered.
The 12U, 19” rack-mounting chassis’ can house up to 21 x 6U VME64 Extensions boards in a secure & EMC compliant environment and deliver in excess of 1KW of power. Optimised cooling is provided via 2 independent, filtered fan trays.
