Eurocard Modules for Public Address System for Belgian Railway
Eurocard modules offer the perfect solution for securing PCBs and electronics in a modular housing that provides front panel real estate (for user interface), EMC/RFI protection, plug-in functionality and many size options. Adopting an open, industry standard (in this case IEC60297-3) means that critical mechanical & electrical specifications are defined, thus giving product designers a proven solution with reduced time to market and interoperability with 3rd party systems.
That’s why, when Infrabel wanted a PA system for the Belgian railway, they chose Verotec’s KM6 system to house it.
