Vero Electronics GmbH was founded in 1964 in Bremen, where it grew to a business with over 400 employees, specializing in the manufacture of power supplies and 19” packaging solutions for the electronics industry.
Since 1995, a number of sell-offs, mergers & failed acquisitions has seen its name change from APW to HDD to ED-Metallbearbeitung, sadly resulting in the company closing its doors in April this year after 60 years.
The good news for the many remaining customers is that Verotec has acquired the stock, tooling, machines & intellectual property – successfully transferring it all to our factory in the UK.
We will continue to manufacture all products and support existing customers from our UK operations.
